There is sometimes a delay for a song to appear

Sometimes the listening activity can be delayed because the info from your music provider (Spotify, Apple Music, Soundcloud, Musi, Deezer) is not always available instantly. We ask for your listening history to your music provider on regular basis (every 15 minutes or so) but sometimes the info take times to be available on our server (and therefore in the app).

If a song hasn't been played until the end, Spotify doesn't send it to us.

Spotify will not forward to Airbuds the songs you played from this playlist. The solution is to switch to "included in my taste profile".

Alternatively, it may be because Spotify did not forward the songs you played to Airbuds for some reason. It's likely temporary, but let us know if the problem persists after a few hours or the next day; we'll check our diagnostics as soon as we see your message

For Apple Music

Delays can happen. Songs may be delayed by Apple Music and will appear after a few minutes or even hours you played them. Be sure to check your listening history later!

Did you play a song on repeat but it's recorded only once on Airbuds? Songs played repeatedly are counted once due to how Apple Music works. If this is your issue, you can fix that by adding the song to your library and ensuring your widget is installed.
