If you are using Spotify, “Now playing” is visible on your profile and on your feed when you are currently playing.
However sometimes spotify has a bit of delay and doesn’t send us the track that is currently playing. In this case the track will appear on your recently played tracks even if you don’t see them as now playing.
It’s not uncommon to have 2 or 3 hours delay with Spotify.
If you are using Apple Music / Musi / Soundcloud or Deezer you will not be able to see what you are currently playing.
