If you played the whole track it will be listed in recently played.
However, if you skip a track in Spotify it will probably not appear in your airbuds history.
Airbuds history is based on Spotify's playback rules:
Played Fully: Tracks played to the end will appear in your history.
Skipped Tracks: Skipping a track before it ends usually prevents it from being listed.
Closing Spotify: Closing Spotify mid-song may count the track as "played" when you reopen the app.
Playlist Exclusions: Songs from playlists with "Exclude from Taste Profile" enabled won’t appear in Airbuds history. If all the songs from a playlist don't appear in Airbuds, that's probably the reason.
Key Rules
Tracks skipped to the last few seconds and played to the end will appear.
Tracks skipped mid-playback won’t appear.
Tracks stopped at least 15 seconds before the end won’t appear.
These rules explain how songs are tracked in your Airbuds history.
